DELIVERY & RETURNS
Deliveries are made by tracked mail or colissimo according to the customer’s choice. Deliveries are made by the postal services. Delivery is only possible in the countries mentioned on the payment page. Except in cases of force majeure, orders are processed in the days following their receipt, the maximum time being 30 days. The items are only deliverable while stocks last. Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the Customer, it being specified that this address must be the residence address of the Customer, a natural person of his choice or a legal person (delivery to his company ). Delivery cannot be made to hotels or PO boxes.
The times indicated are indicative times, corresponding to the average processing and delivery times. SHANDOR cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery that is not its fault.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
THE RETRACTION PERIOD IS 14 DAYS FROM THE RECEIPT OF THE GOOD. FOR ANY RETURN OF PRODUCTS, PLEASE CONTACT US BY EMAIL AT firstname.lastname@example.org. WE WILL REFUND ITEMS ONCE THEY ARE RETURNED IN PERFECT CONDITION, WITH THE LABEL ON THE PRODUCT. BEYOND THIS DEADLINE, SHANDOR WILL BE FREE TO REFUSE THE REFUND. RETURN COSTS ARE THE CHARGE OF THE CUSTOMER. ALL REFUNDS ARE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RETURN OF THE PACKAGE.
The product(s) must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed. To make a return, the customer must follow the procedure indicated on the card received with his order.
The exchange of products for any order placed on the site is not supported. Any returned product can only be refunded and not exchanged.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
We do our best to ensure that all of our products meet the high quality standards that our customers expect. However, we do know that from time to time certain products go through our checks and inspections. This is why, if you believe that the products you have received are defective, we thank you for informing us immediately by contacting our Customer Service (email@example.com) and returning the products to us by following the procedure described here. Please include as much detail as possible regarding the order and the issue with the affected products.
We will bear the cost of returning defective products in accordance with the terms of our return policies. Please contact our Customer Service for details and to obtain a prepaid return label.
