CREATION FOR BENSIMON 40th ANNIVERSARY
On the occasion of the 40 years of the iconic tennis brand Bensimon, 40 artists have used their talent and imagination to offer their customized version of the immaculate tennis! Camille Fosse, designer of Shandor, was honored to be invited to offer her own version, inspired by the 80s which marked the birth of the Bensimon adventure.
Exhibited for 1 month at the Joyce Gallery in Paris in spring 2019, the tennis shoes have also been exhibited in Japan and then in Korea. They have now joined the archives that constitute and document the history of the brand.
SHOOTING FOR GAMBETTE BOX “ARTIST’S STUDIO”
To create an “Artist’s studio” atmosphere on the Gambette Box shooting in April 2019, the stylists called on Shandor to provide the “Blue Leaf” and “Pink Concerto” hanging.
SHOOTING OF LA REDOUTE
To accessorize the decor of La Redoute interiors catalog, the stylists have integrated our Concerto ochre and grey prelude posters and our free calendar.
ANIMATION OF EVENTS
LAUNCH OF THE “PALOMA” COLLECTION
BY LOU YETÛ
To celebrate the launch of their “Paloma” jewelry collection in an arty way, LOU YETÛ called on Shandor to host three launch evenings in Paris, Bordeaux and Lille. In an artist’s studio setting, participants were invited to have their portrait taken live in a few minutes, and left with this lovely souvenir offered to them.
CREATION OF ILLUSTRATIONS AND ANIMATION OF EVENTS FOR
For the opening of its Christmas shop “La Maison d’Hiver”, Balzac asked Shandor to illustrate 8 different ways to reuse Furoshikis – superb gift wrapping made with responsible fabrics – to then recycle them into scarves, in hair, as a belt etc.
Balzac also asked Shandor to come and conduct portrait sessions on T-shirts on site to personalize clients’ pieces and give them the opportunity to leave with a piece of clothing in their image.
SHANDOR X MEDECINS SANS FRONTIÈRES
For more than 45 years, Médecins Sans Frontières has distinguished itself through its commitment to the most difficult areas in the world. To maintain its independence, the NGO came up with the idea of launching a crowdfunding platform to reach out to a wider public with, as a result, modern and desirable rewards to raise 1 million euros. To do this, MSF has mobilized renowned designers to offer collector products such as limited edition Sawa sneakers, Maison Kitsuné T-shirts, Breakfast Club panties, a guitar signed by Muse and much more. MSF called on Shandor to produce one of these awards: a limited-edition silk scarf, created in collaboration with artist Sanghon Kim.
PROVIDE PRODUCTS FOR THE SHOOTING OF “EMBRYOLISSE”
For the filming of an advertisement for the “Embryolisse” brand, the stylist Gaëlle Coz called on Shandor to provide the “Concerto Rose” wallhanging and the “La Femme au bouquet” poster for the decor of the scene that takes place in the apartment.
SHANDOR X BIJOUX DE LU
Born from the meeting between the creators of Shandor and Bijoux de Lu, Midnight presented a capsule collection of hybrid accessories combining textile design and jewelry. Intended to sublimate the simplest hairstyles, the pure lines of golden brass serve as cases with slightly vintage graphic patterns to form a collection of five original pieces with minimal and arty looks, each inspired by the work of five female artists who belonged to the Bauhaus movement.
CONTEST BALZAC X SHANDOR
“UNE MAMAN D’EXCEPTION”
On the occasion of Mother’s Day 2020, the Balzac Paris brand called on Shandor to organize a contest on social networks with 3 prizes to be won, each including a voucher of 300 euros to spend at Balzac and a personalized portrait made from photos of the winners.
